Before RockitShip, Saud founded, scaled, and sold companies in multiple industries. His last software company grew to service over 3000 hospitals worldwide and was sold in 2018 in a highly successful and life-changing acquisition. Saud calls Oakville, Ontario, home, where he enjoys spending time with his wife as they chase after their four kids.

Outside of work Saud spends his time engaged in several lifelong passions such as meditation, martial arts, and working on improving his atrocious handwriting.

Founder & Chief Information Officer 

Jason Silver, a native of the Chicago area, has spent 22 years in technology building and leading world-class software development teams spanning four continents. Silver and his teams have created powerful, innovative, and scalable technology solutions for clients from dot com startups through Fortune 100 enterprises.

In 2020 Silver helped found RockitShip and led the software development initiative for the firm with an eye on innovation. Silver’s goal was simple; create the best warehouse management software the world has ever seen.

Silver currently resides in sunny Boca Raton, Florida with his lovely wife of 14 years, 3 beautiful children, and the family dog who is 17 years young. In his spare time, Silver plays baseball in local leagues and in tournaments where over time he has been repeatedly compared to Babe Ruth (in belly size and hot dog eating prowess).

Founder & Chief Fulfillment Officer 

An entrepreneur since the 4th grade, Joel is the owner of 20+ apparel brands and over a dozen Shopify Plus websites. After achieving semi-retirement, Joel launched a coaching practice helping entrepreneurs achieve time and money freedom. 

Joel and his wife Jessica married in 2002 and have four children, and live in Weston, Florida. He enjoys chasing pain and discomfort, looking to push himself past his limitations; Joel has completed an ultramarathon, fasted 60+ hours, and gets beat up by guys half his age at Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy 5-6 days per week.

Lead Engineer  

Juan is an experienced software developer and architect with a demonstrated history of working in multiple industries with companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups. Buzz words aside, Juan is a software developer at heart who enjoys building new solutions and helping people through technology.

In contrast, hiking is one of his favorite hobbies. Taking week-long hikes is part of his yearly calendar.
